Shop Policy

Items are shipped via USPS, and you will receive a tracking number for your order once it is shipped out through the email or phone number you used at check out. Once the item is shipped, it should take around 2-5 business days to arrive if you reside in the U.S. International orders may take 1-3 weeks to arrive. USPS priority mail automatically comes with insurance, meaning if there is an issue with your order (Whether the item is for some reason never delivered or arrives damaged) USPS will be able to insure your order.
With that being said, there should be no issues regarding your crystals being damaged when being shipped! We take great care in packing the products and making sure that they are properly and safely wrapped before being sent out. Therefore, any damage to the items is out of our hands and is strictly in the hands of USPS. Contact the shipping company to file a claim and to be insured when using USPS! 
If the tracking claims that the package is delivered, but you still have not received it, it may be because tracking is not always completely accurate. In some cases, the package will arrive a few days after the expected and confirmed delivery date. If it still has not arrived after a few days, contact the shipping company for assistance. Any stolen or lost packages are also in the hands of the shipping company. Remember, USPS should insure your order and provide you with a refund. 
PLEASE NOTE: Hello Souls Crystals is not responsible for custom and duty fees. The buyer is responsible to pay those fees if at all necessary. 
If the package arrives and you are not content with the quality of the item(s) received, you have 15 days within receiving the product to return the item back. Once the item has returned back to us, we will give you a full refund but we do not accept order cancellations once the order is placed before we even ship out. We instantly put funds back into the business and this would slow us down a lot on top of needing to re-list the crystals. Overall, we want you to be happy with your order and the quality of our items! This return policy does not apply to damaged items; as described in the paragraphs above. USPS shipping handlers take sole responsibility for damaged items.
